Our office is at 3800-A Old Monroe Road in Indian Trail. We provide on-site support throughout Indian Trail, Monroe, Matthews, Mint Hill, Stallings, Waxhaw, Weddington, Charlotte, and we have a second office in Panama City, Florida.

We don't quote a number until we've walked through your office, because the right plan depends on what we find. There is no onboarding fee.
Do you charge extra for projects, office moves or new equipment installs?
No. Labor for upgrades, office moves and installing new equipment is included in your monthly fee. The only work we typically subcontract is pulling network cable.
What's your response time?
We guarantee a response within one hour. Managed clients can call 24/7/365 and a live technician picks up every call.
Is there a minimum number of users?
No. We work with businesses from 5 users to well over 100.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
We offer 1-, 2- and 3-year agreements. Longer terms get a lower rate, and your plan expands or contracts with your user count either way.
