Backups you've actually seen restore

How it works

• On-site appliance. A backup appliance in your office takes snapshots of your servers and critical PCs as often as every hour during business hours. If a server dies, we can run it virtually from the appliance in minutes while we fix the hardware.
• Two data centers. Every backup is replicated to geo-redundant data centers on the East and West Coast, so a fire, flood or hurricane at your office doesn't take your data with it.
• Nightly test restores. Every night the system boots your backups and takes a screenshot to prove they work. We get an alert if one fails.
• Annual full restore test. Once a year we restore your environment in-house and walk through it with you.
• Microsoft 365 backup. Microsoft doesn't back up your email, OneDrive, SharePoint or Teams for you. We do.
• Ransomware-proof. Backups are immutable, so an attacker who gets into your network can't delete them.

A plan, not just a product

Backups are half of business continuity. The other half is knowing what to do: who calls whom, what gets restored first, how your staff keep working while the office is down. We write that plan with you and keep it current. Our clients see 99.9% uptime.
